Parency exists because the technology around separation and co-parenting was never really built for the child. We set out to change that.
When two households are involved, the simple things get complicated and the child feels the friction. Parency brings time, communication, and the whole picture of a child's life into one calm, shared place, so parents can focus less on conflict and more on raising their kids.

Parency began with a simple, hard-earned realization: co-parenting tools were built to manage conflict between adults, not to keep the focus on the child. As a father navigating co-parenting himself, Mike saw how scattered schedules, tense messages, and a missing record made an already difficult situation harder, for parents and for kids.
Mike brings more than twenty-five years of experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, and software, having helped organizations across healthcare, finance, insurance, utilities, and automotive put better systems to work. He founded Parency to point that same experience at a problem he knows personally: giving separated parents technology that lowers conflict and serves the best interest of their children.
Carmel, Indiana based, Mike is building Parency alongside a team of advisors and family law professionals who share one belief, that better tools make for better outcomes for the children in the middle.
Every feature is measured against one question: does it help the child? If it does not, it does not ship.
Less heat between parents means a calmer home. We design to bring the temperature down, not up.
Decisions in a child's best interest should rest on facts. We keep the record clear, fair, and ready.
The child-centered co-parenting app: an AI-driven calendar, lower-conflict messaging, an AI parenting assistant, and court-monitored records, all built around the child.
